The future has arrived for the Ute softball program as it enjoys its new home, Dumke Family Softball Stadium, which opened in 2013. The total cost of the project was $4.3 million.

The Ute softball program is in its fourth year at Dumke Family Softball Stadium, a sparkling facility which opened at a cost of $4.3 million in 2013.

The stadium features an indoor batting area for the Utes, as well as outdoor batting and pitching cages for both teams. Dugouts are equipped with restrooms and an athletic training room is also located in the facility. The complex also includes a permanent building housing concessions and restrooms.

The dimensions of the playing field are 235 feet to center field and 225 feet down the right and left field line, with a grass berm behind the outfield fence.

The capacity at Dumke Family Softball Stadium is 1,410 with and 520 armchair seats covered by a canopy and 890 permanent bleacher seats. Temporary bleacher seating on the left field berm for 500 will also be an option, enabling Utah to host NCAA Tournaments.
